What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
· Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Stylists and Key Holders
· Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven store culture
· Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for client service and professionalism
· Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning
· Create schedules that support both business needs and team success
Client Experience & Sales
· Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, styling appointments, and follow-up communication
· Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store goals and KPIs
· Identify opportunities to increase client retention and grow the boutique’s client book
· Lead local networking and community engagement initiatives
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
· Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
· Execute seasonal floor sets, product launches, and promotional initiatives
· Ensure the boutique reflects the Judith & Charles brand at all times
Operations & Inventory Management
· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
· Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, transfers, and replenishment
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
· Analyze sales performance and utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or premium retail
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
· Strong sales and clienteling skills
· Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
